Hello, I'm Jerald Lee
With 22 years of experience at the intersection of sales, leadership, and business strategy, Jerald Lee is a seasoned business strategist, leadership coach, and sales transformation expert. Over 13 years at Google, he held leadership and commercial roles across Google Ads and Google Maps, driving customer acquisition, business expansion, and digital transformation for companies across diverse industries.
As the Founder of Curiosity At Work Asia Pacific and a Franchise Owner of The Growth Coach, Jerald specializes in helping business leaders, sales teams, and entrepreneurs build the strategic mindset, skills, and accountability needed to scale their businesses and achieve sustainable success.
Beyond his corporate experience, Jerald has played a pivotal role in helping SMEs scale and compete globally. As part of the planning team behind Google Singapore’s inaugural Go Global program in 2015, he worked with the Singapore government, ecosystem partners and trade associations to help SMEs enter global markets and expand their businesses internationally.
His commitment to empowering SMEs continued in 2019, when he helped launch the SME Leadership Academy in Singapore, equipping business owners and leaders with practical frameworks to drive sustainable growth. The initiative evolved further during the COVID-19 years, when businesses struggled with financial uncertainty, digital adoption, and operational pivots. Through virtual coaching and a series of workshops focused on impacted industries, Jerald helped SMEs understand the changes around their businesses, optimize operations, and develop adaptive leadership strategies to navigate the crisis.
